The rate and structure of the attorney's fee (basic fee/hourly fee/success fee) is always subject to individual agreement, depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
However, certain services are available at a pre-determined fixed fee or charge.
The prices shown are indicative.
The legal monitoring service is available from a monthly fee of HUF 75,000 + VAT, based on an individual agreement, which includes the provision of an unlimited number of notifications.
The fixed fee for legal advice is HUF 35,000 + VAT/hour – billed for every 15 minutes or part thereof.
The attorney’s fee for company formation and modification is available from HUF 50,000 + VAT, depending on the individual agreement, which does not include fees and other costs.
Real estate gifting, sale and purchase attorney’s fees – depending on the structure and value of the property, based on individual agreement – available from 0.6% of the value of the property, but at least HUF 100,000 + VAT, which does not include related costs.
