In the course of my work, I have been involved in many areas of law and, although not all of them are my specific area of expertise, I am available to advise my clients. In many cases, the solution to the legal problem is obvious to the practitioner and the situation is easy to handle, and I often find that it is helpful to clarify the nature of the legal problem and to “translate” the legal text.

My clients can expect complete honesty in all my legal advice: if the case concerns an area of law in which a colleague is more familiar, I will recommend such a person directly, but I will also indicate if there is no solution to the case that is favourable to the client. The latter is very often due to the fact that the problem is brought to the attention of an expert at a late stage.
